Jr. John Kenneth "Buddy" MacDade

John Kenneth "Buddy" MacDade, Jr., passed away September 9, 2001 in St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, where he succumbed to Rett Syndrome.
He was 8 1/2 years old. He was a student at Afton Elementary School. Precious son of John and Carolyn (nee Kozel) MacDade, of Bensalem; and loving brother of Kevin and Hope, both at home.
Dear grandson of Marilyn Kozel; and great-grandson of Letteria Wallan, both of Bensalem. His radiant smile will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Buddy touched the lives of all he met through his big blue eyes; his laughter, giggles, and great big hugs will be greatly missed. Relatives and friends are invited to the funeral service Thursday, 10:00 a.m. in the Hoffmann Funeral Home, Hulmeville Rd. and Brown Ave., Bensalem. Rev. Michael Hennelly will officiate. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery. Friends will be received by the family in the funeral home Wednesday evening 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Thursday, 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
